- Professional software development experience and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
- Knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented design and data structures.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++,Golang or Python.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment to deliver high quality software against tight schedules.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle for a software product.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with product, technical and support teams.
- Exposure to proper SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployment.
- Experience developing complex software systems that have successfully been delivered to customers.
- Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases
